Here is the general guidelines all moderators and I will use:
first offense: -5
second offense: -10
third offense: -15
after the third offense: You loose -5 more each offense you do
asking to have a warning lifted: -10
Points may be regained in these ways:
the user must show progress in maturity especially with the rule they broke: varies
the user reports a successful warning: 15
the admin figures in some other way s/he is worthy: varies

second offense: -10
third offense: -15
